Depressingly apt characterization of FISA court approach. Hubris rather than responsibility. Not that the IC can't benefit from third party oversight..they sure aren't getting it from the Congressional select committees....lord knows the with retirements and the departure of seriously competent staff like Samir Bhalotra, the SSCI at least has been a wasteland of inactivity...I would love to be a fly on the wall at Candidate Trump's first briefing by staff...but who would he send to the Hill...YOU and Harvey will have to go back on payroll...
