Tired of reading chapters backwards?

Well, you're in luck.  I've begun posting chapters in pdf format.  Remember, these are still drafts and may be revised upon publication based in part on your input (send those corrections to fact.check.baker[at]gmail.com). 

When the final version is incorporated into a book, the publisher will have a lot to say about copyright, but the versions below are released under a Creative Commons Attribution No Derivatives license.
