Are You A Privacy Victim?

Privacy victims are people who've been harmed by heavy-handed privacy regulation.  Usually privacy victims don't know that the source of their troubles is a privacy law or regulation.  In fact, privacy victims often are enthusiastic supporters of privacy regulation.  Until they realize just how much harm the regulation has caused them.

There are plenty of privacy victims out there.  I'll suggest some, but I welcome hearing about other candidates.
