A great piece, Stewart, and thanks again for writing this for BRINK. CEOs are indeed getting jammed up when it comes to taking action in the cyber-relm to actively protect their networks. It's an intriguing idea to get a sheriff or attorney general to deputize a forensics team, thus giving them cover under the CFAA. I'd like hear from some companies that have actually done this...
