Arrived in India

I'm in New Delhi, talking to the Indian government about terrorism, technology, encryption, and regulation.  Just the ride in from the airport was enough to remind me I wasn't in the U.S. any more.  Don't expect much blogging -- or responding to pointed comments -- this week.
