Testifying on PASS ID

Testified today on REAL ID and PASS ID at a typically thoughtful hearing by the Senate Homeland Security Committee.  I predict that PASS ID will get an injection of security improvements (change is usually is usually in the air when the Secretary says "We look forward to working with you on that, Senator").  And for anyone looking to make security improvements, the bill is a target-rich environment.  My testimony can be downloaded here.
